I am a private chef, working hand in hand with the amazing woman and men who make up Santa Barbara's rich agricultural community. Born in Santa Barbara and raised by my French mother who is herself a chef, food writer and cooking instructor. Eating local, seasonal food is a daily experience that not only enriches our table, but nurtures a deep sense of place and love for the farmers and environment that make our family meals possible.
My approach to food is simple, focused on the comfort and seasonality of true flavors, with a natural aesthetic that lets beautiful ingredients tell the story.
To connect people to the best of our locally grown organic foods. Reminding our bodies that the seasons create their own menus, perfectly paired and balanced. Remaining true to natures rhythm rather then the demands of our desires. My baskets are designed to center around the farmers self expression through their plantings and harvests.

The baskets prepared foods are designed to highlight the seasons best flavors, while keeping the meals fresh and simple.

Food is a deeply familial experience for me, rooted in traditions and memories. Coming together over a shared meal, gathering around a table with friends, celebrating a special occasion are some of the best moments life can offer. The private parties center on seasonal local organic foods in the peak of their seasons. Bright and flavorful each menu is fully customized to share the beautiful bounty our farmers market brings to our lives and plates.
Every week I create a new 3 day menu inspired by the farmers markets seasonal bounty. Taking in the artfully displayed tables of my favorite farms, inspiration is easy to find. Curls of soft leafy greens, colorful mountains of bright fruits, delicate sweet berries all find their rolls to play in the weeks menu and basket.
The highlight of my week, I am at the Saturday morning farmers market at 7am gathering and shopping for all the baskets ingredients. All prepared foods are cooked the same day to promote freshness and flavor.
Deliveries of 3 day menus are made Tuesday mornings. Contactless and simple, the basket is set at your doorstep for ease and convince.
A personally customized 7-14 day long menu designed to help bring a healthy balance to ones body. Clean and light flavors rich in vital nutrients are designed to focused on the digestives system. The key to overall wellbeing a healthy digestive system improves ones immune function, nutrient absorption, energy levels, mood and mental health.
